Welcome the Year of the Rabbit

Pattaya’s official Chinese New Year celebration has been moved from Bali Hai Pier to Naklua’s Lan Pho Park, where the city has again set up a “Pattaya Chinatown”. The event started yesterday, Feb. 3, and will continue until Saturday night, Feb. 5.

Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome, Tourism Authority of Thailand Pattaya Director Niti Kongkrut and Sawang Boriboon Foundation President Prasit Thongthitjaroen announced the schedule for the Feb. 3-5 celebration late last month at Central Festival Pattaya Beach.
