The next meeting of Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) will be on Sunday, September 28. Everyone is warmly welcome. Pattaya Expat Scott Rohr will be demonstrating several neural pressure points and teaching four simple yet highly effective personal self defense maneuvers. Scott is a former Taekwondo competitor and medal winner. For the past 28 years the Samaritans of Thailand have been providing confidential crisis intervention services over the telephone. The English-speaking unit, Samaritans English Help Line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide support to the expatriate community.
