The 2013 Pattaya International Music Festival will take place along Beach Road and at Bali Hai Pier from March 22-24. The next Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) meeting will be on Sunday, March 24. Everyone is warmly welcome. The speakers will be Victoria Kudriavtseva and Margot Weinmann. They recently started a Pattaya branch of the National Museum Volunteers, an international group of people interested in the history, art and culture of Thailand and South-East Asia.
