The next meeting of the Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) will be held on Sunday, March 13. Everyone is warmly welcome. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Thursday, March 17. The Pattaya International Music Festival will take place from March 18-20 at several stages sited along Pattaya Beach Road. Big name local artists will join 10 international acts from Southeast Asia to headline the annual 3-day event that will provide a variety of live music to suit all tastes, including world, country, and rock music. Food stalls and small product shops will also be positioned along Beach Road for the duration of the festival.
