The next meeting of the Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) will be held on Sunday, Feb. 5. Graham Russell will give a presentation about Jerusalem in ancient times from the period of Solomon to that of Jesus and the destruction of the city by the Romans. The Pattaya Art Festival 2017 will be held from 3rd to 5th February along Beach Road and will transform the city’s beachfront into a giant exhibition more than 1km long from North Pattaya to Central Pattaya.
