And they’re off!  Hooters bust out to an early lead whilst Pattaya Mail and Jural Law pop a wheelie in this year’s International Bed Race held on Beach Road last weekend.  The fun-filled event raised heart rates and much needed funds for charity.

Two major hotels and a famed international restaurant dominated Beach Road when the Pattaya Bed Race rolled again for charity.

The annual event, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Pattaya, Father Ray Foundation and Central Festival Pattaya Beach, saw teams from bars, hotels and other businesses try to navigate a straight line from the beachfront mall to Walking Street with makeshift push carts in all shapes and sizes.

City Councilman Rattanachai Sutidechanai, Father Ray Vice President Michael Picharn Jaiseri and Rotary Club of Pattaya representatives sent the costumed and face-painted racers on their way Jan. 31.
