A precautionary note is in order. The local police now have digital breathalyzer equipment and have been using it in recurrent crackdowns. From all reports, it is not possible to massage the policeman’s hand, and everyone over the limit (0.05) goes to the holding jail and then for sentencing the next day. I have read a report from one unfortunate, and the experience of being locked up is not one to be taken lightly.
