Amid busy traffic at the Second Road intersection with the Dolphin Roundabout, taxies are parking in a no parking zone whilst waiting for customers.
The alternating red and white stripes were clearly visible on the curb and still no police or city officials took notice.
Pattaya officials are urged to fix this issue.
