Police are nowhere to be found in North Pattaya where motorbikes and cars are regularly seen driving the wrong way on Second Road near the Big C supermarket.
Driving against traffic on one of the city’s busiest streets isn’t smart. But the drivers frequently doing so either don’t care, are too lazy or in too much of a hurry to heed traffic laws.
Of course, if police aren’t going to enforce the laws, that only encourages them.
