Pattaya’s falling image

Two banners meant to promote a positive image of Pattaya instead have become symbols of its frequent shabbiness, with the posters either falling down or entangled in power lines.

Half of the Pattaya banner on Soi Yume near the Big C Extra market had dropped to the ground. Twenty meters up the road, a second poster is wrapped around a power pole.

If city hall is serious about putting out a good message about Pattaya, it would be helpful if people were actually able to read it.
