Using a telephone booth foundation as a pillow, yet another homeless person is having to sleep on the streets of Pattaya, ignored by public officials.
Like so many others, this unfortunate person dozing on the Naklua Soi 15 sidewalk should be taken care of by social welfare agencies.
Not only are the homeless’ lives in need of improvement, so is the reputation of the city, which is seen as unable to support its citizens and unattractive to tourists.
