French Film Night at Mercure Hotel

The Mercure Hotel in Pattaya’s French classic film season reaches a conclusion on Wednesday, January 23 with a showing of the 2004 release “Vipère au poing” from director Philippe de Broca.

Synopsis:  Adapted from the novel by Hervé Bazin, “Vipère au poing” tells the disturbing story of the relentless hate of a mother towards her children and her attempts to destroy their spirit and break their will.  Stars Catherine Frot in the leading role as the overbearing matriarch.
