Music Festival this weekend
Workers scramble to put the finishing touches on
the Central Pattaya stage in preparation for this weekend’s Pattaya
International Music Festival. In all, 4 stages have been set up, one each at
Bali Hai Pier, Central Pattaya, Royal Garden Plaza and in front of Soi 4. Expect
traffic delays, especially in the evenings, as Beach Road (and some side sois)
from the Dolphin Roundabout through to Bali Hai Pier, will be closed every day
during the concert from 4 p.m. until late.

being sacred. However, at least the Hin Look Chang (baby elephant rock) was
saved. Workers at the See View elephant camp were depressed because their
business of taking tourists on elephant rides to see Hin Look Chang had been
nearly ruined by a Thai investor taking most of the rocks away.
