Meeting of ASEAN Committee on Science and Technology held at the Dusit
Resort Pattaya. The event was organized by ASEAN COST
Chairman Dr. Bui Manh Hai, (2nd right) Vietnam Deputy
Minister of Science and Technology. The participants were representatives from
governments and private sectors of ASEAN Dialogue partners, and the
representatives from ASEAN Secretariat and International Organizations
