60 touch screen information kiosks to be installed in Pattaya
Aimed at providing information to visitors
Pattaya
will take delivery of sixty touch screen information kiosks this coming
September. The kiosks, which will be placed at large hotels and shopping
centers, will provide information in 9 languages to tourists wishing to find out
information on the city.
In a meeting at city hall last week, details were discussed
as to the design and branding of the information booths to coincide with the
city’s brand imaging concept.
Topics such as activities and lifestyles will be presented as information for
visitors in an effort to boost Pattaya’s tourism image in the eyes of its
visitors.

recently in the Bavaria Beer Garden. It was organized by owner Robert
Stankcke, Kurt Krieger - who was a successful master of ceremonies in
typical noisy Bavarian style, complete with dialect and verses – and
Herbert Sch๖n, who appeared as cupbearer.

Rotary clubs in Chonburi install new presidents for 2004-05
June is usually a very busy month for Rotary clubs
everywhere in the world. Traditionally, the Rotary year begins on the 1st
of July and ends on the 30th of June. This is when new presidents and the
board of directors take over to plan and implement new or ongoing projects
for the benefit of the underprivileged in their respective communities.

Queen Victoria Inn recently welcomed Honeymoon Couple Alan and Linda
Riley. Alan and Linda who come from Oban in Scotland had heard about the Queen
Vic from friends who had stayed there and decided it was the ideal place to base
themselves whilst they toured Thailand.
