Art Beat, a new innovative gallery situated opposite the Mountain Beach Hotel, recently opened its doors to the public. On display are oil reproductions of works by Vincent Van Gogh, Monet and Gaugauin. A collection of modern "Pop Art" by Glenn Stevenson compromises pencil drawings of superstars of the movies, music and sports personalities.

The Garden Café of the Royal Garden Resort started a new food promotion on Monday the 14th. It is called: "A taste of Vietnam". Many delicacies from Vietnam are featured on the menu, including spring rolls, shrimp rolls, grilled chicken fillet of sole with lemon grass sauce, braised pineapple and glazed banana, amongst others.
