Miss Pattaya Crowned

Mayurin Pataraphanich was crowned the first ever Miss Pattaya at the Miss Pattaya 1998 contest at the Dusit Resort on April 25. Teetha Clench was there, although a little late. Her "review" appears in features. Next week: a full photo story on the historic event.
